Network wide upgrade

On December 14 at 22:00 CET a network wide upgrade will be performed. Downtime is estimated to last no longer then 5 to 10 minutes.

This upgrade will update all software to the following versions:

InspIRCd 2.0.2
Anope 1.8.5
